Account Setup

Use this page when you sign in to JWaves or create access to a standard JWaves account.

Open The Sign-In Page

1. Open the JWaves landing page.
2. Select GETTING STARTED.
3. JWaves opens the sign-in and account access page.

Sign In With An Existing Account

1. Open the sign-in page from GETTING STARTED.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. After login, JWaves opens the projects page.

If login fails, verify that you are using the same email address used for the account.

Request Access By Email

If you do not have an active account yet, enter your email address on the sign-in page and submit it.

JWaves sends an email with a secure link. Open that link to continue the account access flow.

If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder and verify that the email address was typed correctly.

Configure Account Preferences

Open the account menu from the gear icon in the projects page.

Set the preferences you want to use across the SaaS application:

• account name and contact details
• interface language
• display units, meters or feet

JWaves stores project data in meters internally. The unit preference only changes how dimensions are displayed in the interface.

Sign Out

Open the gear menu from the projects page and select Log out.
