Account migration and access¶
Will my old JWaves account be migrated?¶
Yes. During the migration from the legacy JWaves service, existing user accounts are migrated to the new platform where possible.
Migrated users keep their existing username and password. If your password does not work after migration, use the password reset flow or contact support.
Migrated accounts start on the Free plan by default. You can upgrade from the account settings available from the Projects page.
Will my old JWaves projects be migrated?¶
No. Legacy project data cannot be migrated to the new JWaves platform.
If you need to keep data from the legacy service, export or save it before the legacy service is retired. Legacy projects will not appear in the new platform after migration.
Why can I not access a workspace?¶
Workspace access depends on your organization membership and assigned role.
If you cannot see an expected workspace, ask a workspace administrator to verify that your account is a member of the correct organization. If the membership looks correct and access still fails, contact support with your account email and workspace name.
How do I reset my password?¶
Use the password reset link from the login page. If you migrated from the legacy service and your old password does not work, reset your password before contacting support.
