How can I contact support?

For efficiency, support is handled by email.

Send your request to contact@jwaves.io and include:

  • your account email
  • the project name when relevant
  • the browser and operating system
  • screenshots or logs when relevant

What should I include for a sensor issue?

If the issue involves the DECT sensor or Windows client, include:

  • the Windows version
  • the sensor model
  • the selected DECT band
  • whether the issue happens during survey, spectrum analysis, or both
  • any visible error message from the sensor client or browser console

How do I request a feature or custom workflow?

Send the request to contact@jwaves.io with the use case, expected workflow, and any constraints that matter onsite.
