How can I contact support?¶
For efficiency, support is handled by email.
Send your request to contact@jwaves.io and include:
- your account email
- the project name when relevant
- the browser and operating system
- screenshots or logs when relevant
What should I include for a sensor issue?¶
If the issue involves the DECT sensor or Windows client, include:
- the Windows version
- the sensor model
- the selected DECT band
- whether the issue happens during survey, spectrum analysis, or both
- any visible error message from the sensor client or browser console
How do I request a feature or custom workflow?¶
Send the request to contact@jwaves.io with the use case, expected workflow, and any constraints that matter onsite.
